Remains of twenty-five victims buried in Kocho

Ronahî: In the village of Kocho in Shengal today the ninth convoy of victims of the August two thousand fourteen massacre was buried. The remains of twenty-five people who had been exhumed from mass graves since two thousand nineteen were handed over to their families.

Ronahî: The remains left the Baghdad Forensic Medicine Directorate two days ago and were taken to Mosul; today at ten o'clock they set off from there and reached Shengal.

Kamîran: After twelve years, the families gathered once again at those graves.

Ronahî: So far dozens of people from the mass graves in Kocho have been identified and buried in their own village, but the identification process has not yet been fully completed.

Ronahî: A government delegation from Hasakah province, led by presidential advisor Mazloum Abdi, traveled to Damascus. Among the delegation is also the commander of the Hasakah Internal Security Forces, Marwan Ali.

Ronahî: In the towns of Til Temir and Derbasiya, as well as in the countryside of Aliyan and the village of Deruna Ax, students, families and teachers took to the streets. In northern Til Temir, teachers at Al-Mansaf School issued a statement and rejected this restriction.
