Agreement between YBŞ and Baghdad on Mount Shengal
Ronahî: At the summit of Çilmêra on Mount Shengal, the YBŞ and YJŞ command, together with officials of the Iraqi central government, issued a joint statement and announced that they are joining the official Iraqi institutions.
Ronahî: According to the agreement, the independent military status of these forces ends and four thousand one hundred and fifty-six fighters will transfer into the federal security system.
Kamîran: These meetings have been on the agenda since the beginning of the year.
Ronahî: Yes, responsibility for security on Mount Shengal is also being handed over to the federal authorities. The YBŞ emphasised that the success of this step depends on guaranteeing the rights of the Yazidi community.
Attack on displaced people from Tel Abyad and their transfer to Kobani
Kamîran: In northern Syria there is also a heavy agenda concerning displaced people.
Ronahî: More than one hundred Kurdish families who were trying to return to their homes and properties in Tel Abyad were attacked and besieged inside the Regional Administration building.

In Derbasiya, Hasaka, Qamishli and Tel Tamr, local people also protested and condemned the attacks, and the PYD said these acts violate the twenty-ninth of December agreement.
Protest at Washukani Camp
Kamîran: In the Hasaka area, voices of discontent from camp residents also rose.
Ronahî: Displaced people from Ras al-Ayn and Tel Tamr living in Washukani Camp blocked the road between Tel Tamr and Hasaka with a demonstration.
Ronahî: The protesters demanded that they be given the opportunity to return quickly to their areas. A citizen named Mûsa Mihemed said the camp conditions are extremely difficult and no organisation is helping them.

Lula wins again in Brazil
Kamîran: Let us turn to world news and the results of elections in Latin America.
Ronahî: In Brazil, in the second round of the presidential election, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva won and defeated the right-wing senator Flavio Bolsonaro.
Ronahî: Bolsonaro received forty-eight point two four per cent of the votes and rejected the results. He claimed that the voting conditions were not accepted, but Lula was declared the new president.
