Ronahî: The SDF's General Commander Mazloum Abdi gave a statement today at the People's Palace in Damascus and announced that the SDF's mission has ended and the force has dissolved itself as an independent military force.

Ronahî: Abdi said this step is within the framework of implementing the clauses of the twenty-ninth of January agreement and said they are now waiting for the Syrian Interim Government to fulfill its promises regarding the status of the YPJ and Kurdish rights.

Kamîran: Because of this, Newroz Ahmed from the YPJ Command met today with the Interim Government President Ahmed al-Shara; what was the outcome of this meeting?

Ronahî: According to information, the meeting has only just begun and discussions are underway on the YPJ files and the next phase, no official result has been disclosed yet.

Kamîran: Because of this meeting, another interview was also announced today: Ilham Ahmed, Mazloum Abdi and Ahmed al-Shara met together.

Ronahî: According to a source close to the meeting, this meeting was held to discuss many common issues, including the status of the autonomous administration, women's units and the defense file, but no results reached have been disclosed yet.

Ronahî: On the other side, UNICEF warned today that nearly three million seven hundred thousand children in Afghanistan are at risk due to severe acute malnutrition, and of them one million children are in very critical condition.

Ronahî: Tajuddin Aywali, UNICEF's representative in Afghanistan, told journalists that if aid is not increased, these children will lose their lives.

Kamîran: Because this number is large, what makes the situation even worse?

Ronahî: The report says that the lack of funds and insufficient aid pushes the most vulnerable, namely children, toward greater danger.

Ronahî: And on the other side, Oman and Iran announced that they agreed to open a temporary maritime corridor through the Strait of Hormuz and to launch a joint mine-clearing project.

Kamîran: What impact will this project have on maritime traffic?

Ronahî: According to the joint statement, the goal is to organize the movement of ships and tankers safely, but it has not yet been said how temporary this corridor will be and which other countries will participate.

Ronahî: Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz said during his visit today to Syria that as long as threats to Israel's security exist, they will not withdraw from Mount Hermon and the buffer zone.

Kamîran: Katz also said that Turkey's presence in Syria is also a threat; were these statements made before or after the Damascus meetings?

Ronahî: The statement was given during today's visit, after the SDF and interim government meetings in Damascus had begun, but Katz did not mention the meetings.
