Why this work
Three things that make working here different from working on one more app.

A language without tools
Millions of people speak Kurdish, and most software still cannot hear it, read it aloud or check its spelling. Each thing we ship is something that did not exist for them before.

Models we train ourselves
Our Kurdish speech recognition and Kurdish voices are our own models, built on data we prepare and measured before they reach anyone.

The same product runs on the web, on iOS and Android, and through an API. What you build is used by real people the week it ships.

How we work
Not perks — the habits you would be working inside.
- Small team, whole problems
- You own a problem from the first idea to what people see on their screen, not one step in the middle of it.
- Measure, then claim
- A model is better when a measurement says so. We test before and after a change, and we do not publish numbers we have not checked.
- The language decides
- Correct Kurdish matters more than a fast release. Kurmancî, Soranî and Kirmanckî are treated as equals, not as versions of one another.
- Privacy by default
- People trust us with their voice and their words. Private media stays private, and we keep only what we need.

What happens to your application

Your details and CV go straight to the team. You do not need an account.

A person reads it
Applications are read by people on the team, not sorted by software.

We write if it fits
If we see a match, now or for a later opening, we get in touch by email. We cannot promise a personal reply to every application.

Deleted after six months
Your application and CV are deleted automatically six months after you send them — sooner if you ask.
