Is mazdek AI free?
Yes, there is a free plan that lets you use basic features. For more, there are Pro and Max paid plans with higher limits. Enterprise plans are also available for teams.
Which languages are supported?
Built specifically for Kurdish (Kurmanji and Sorani). Also supports English, Arabic, Turkish, and many other languages.
Is my data safe?
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run mazdek (described in our Privacy Policy) and protect it with strong encryption.
How do I get an API key?
Open Settings > API in your dashboard and click 'Create API Key'. API access is available on paid plans. The full key is shown only once — save it securely.
What audio formats are supported?
For ASR: MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, FLAC, WebM, MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV — up to 500MB and 2 hours. TTS outputs WAV (Kurmancî) or MP3 (Multilingual).
Are AI responses always accurate?
No. mazdek AI is AI-powered and can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. Review and verify outputs before relying on them — they are not professional advice.
